4.2 Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement from us. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance and formation of the contract occur when we dispatch the ordered products to you, and we will send you a confirmation email at that time.

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund for any payment already made.

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. 5.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you. In case of non-delivery of the order, you will have to pay additional shipping charges for us to ship it again.

5.3 In case you have received a wrong product or a defective product, please email us on fotmerchandise@gmail.com within 2 days from the day of delivery. Please note that just by raising a request on our email id, you are not guaranteed of a return & refund. Our team will check internally and confirm if the wrong or defective product has been shipped to you & only once our team confirms, your request will be accepted. This process usually takes 1-3 days from the day you send your request by email. Our warehouse is under CCTV supervision through which we will check if we have shipped a defective or incorrect product to you & once this is confirmed our team will accept your request. Please also note that due to security reasons, we will not be able to share any CCTV footage with you at any point. While raising the email request please mention ‘Refund Request’ followed by your order number in the subject line of the email.
