Refunds & Returns

1. We import all products on an order basis and hence we do not offer any return or exchange policy. We request all our customers to be sure of their size before they place their order. Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled.

2. In case, you have received a wrong product or a defective product, please email us on fotmerchandise@gmail.com within 2 days from the day of delivery. Please note that just by raising a request on our email id, you are not guaranteed of a return & refund. Our team will check internally and confirm if the wrong or defective product has been shipped to you & only once our team confirms, your request will be accepted. This process usually takes 1-3 days from the day you send your request by email. Our warehouse is under CCTV supervision through which we will check if we have shipped a defective or incorrect product to you & once this is confirmed our team will accept your request. Please also note that due to security reasons, we will not be able to share any CCTV footage with you at any point. While raising the email request please mention ‘Refund Request’ followed by your order number in the subject line of the email.
